Smart(ies) Maths
It is a little know fact that 'Smarties' actually make you smarter! "But how?" I hear you ask:

Bread Tasting 9.6.14
This afternoon we got our teeth into our new DT topic: Bread! We sampled a few of the different types of bread available to buy at the supermarket and made some notes on the: appearance, taste, texture and smell.

Visit to St Werburghs City Farm 4.6.14
Today year 6 had a very wet, but extremely interesting, visit to St Werburghs City Farm. We learnt lots of interesting facts about the animals kept on the farm as well as beginning to think about life cycles of different plant and animal species, which is our science topic this term.
