Mummifying an orange!

In Literacy we are learning how to write informal, interesting and inspirational instruction texts.  This week we are writing about 'How to mummify an orange'.  To help us plan our writing we had a go at the process first:

In Literacy we are learning about writing instruction texts.  This week we are learning a class text about how to mummify a Pharaoh   We made videos of the text to help us remember the text features and content.  We hope you enjoy them!

Black History Week 30.9.13

This week we are celebrating the start of Black History Month.  We began the week by learning a traditional African dance.  We dressed up in African clothes and wore face paint to look the part.  It was great fun.
